Do we get free Google store submission credits?

Hi, first of all, does the app must be built using Google AI studio or can I use a coding agent and just use Gemini API for being considered eligible? And do we need to publish the app in play store and have users and tractions before the competition ends? Is it a must? Also, what other benefits are there to this competition?

    1. No requirement to use Google AI Studio specifically — you can use a coding agent, any IDE, or any method you prefer. The rules require that your project uses at least one Google Cloud product and that any LLM functionality includes at least one Gemini API call in the deployed application.

    2. No Play Store requirement. You just need a working demo accessible for judging (a URL or test build), a code repository, and a demo video. Real users and revenue are part of the judging criteria, but there's no required distribution channel.

    3. Beyond the $2M in prizes, the main participant resource is free Google Cloud credits and a $0/month Antigravity subscription — details at https://cloud.google.com/free and https://antigravity.google/.
