Any one interested in marketing part?

I have some ed tech project ready. But I am not able to make any sales so far,

    In the hackathon rules it is not possible to use projects that have been created before the start. I want to participate, but I don't have time to start a project from scratch since I am completely focused on this project, but I could support marketing, from the creation of landing pages to Meta strategies, the issue is that I don't have the budget to raise ads.

    So,

    1. Did the project start after the start date?
    2. When would the plan for that project be worth?
    3. Do you already have the payment gateway considered?

    1. No I started the project after the start date
    2. Plan of the project I have not calculated, as it would be more like a grant or CSR, not 100% commercial
    3. everything is set, company, account, payment gateway, datbase, security, testing
    4. Landing pages or ads I have tried already, but those did not worked out, I am talking to several grant giving bodies and Universities, no outcome yet

    5. Unfortunately, the marketing needed for this is old fashion one, as the online version whatever can be done, I have tried out
    6. The only thing pending is the Theoretical aspect, I have submitted the paper explaining the technology, it is not yet accepted
