Clarification on AI-Native Operations.
If our product is an AI agent that makes real decisions for our customers (so the product itself clearly runs on AI), does AI-Native Operations also require that we, the founding team, use AI to run our own company — sales, support, marketing — or is the product-level AI sufficient on its own?
The FAQ example ("an AI agent used for customer support, or AI tools used to create marketing assets") reads like it's about the team's own operations, not the product sold to customers. Wanted to check whether that's a required part of the score or just one possible example among others.

Thank you for your question! Projects are scored on three criteria — Category Impact, Business Viability, and AI-Native Operations. A part of AI-Native Operations judging criteria is that Judges assess the extent to which AI is live in production and executes key decisions. The use of AI isn't limited to one aspect of the business. Check out the rules for more details: https://xprize.devpost.com/rules
