"Dear Build with Gemini XPRIZE Team,

​I am writing to you as a participant in the Build with Gemini XPRIZE hackathon, currently working on our project, ALKEVA.

​We are very excited about the potential of our solution and are eager to complete our submission. However, we are facing an unexpected challenge. Setting up the required billing account for Google Cloud requires a credit card, which we are currently unable to obtain due to local banking delays and constraints.

​As our deadline approaches, we are concerned this might prevent us from fully developing and deploying our project on time. We kindly request ALKEVA to be granted alternative access or promotional cloud credits to proceed with our work without interruption.

    Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, you will need to work with the Google Billing support team to resolve this. As far as we know, a Google Cloud account requires a bank card or credit card in case there are any overages. I am not able to help set that up for you so please review Google's support documentation here https://cloud.google.com/support/billing and reach out to their billing support.
